When will my order ship?
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
How long does delivery take?
Standard international shipping takes 7–14 business days, depending on your location. Delays may occur during peak seasons or customs clearance.
Can I change my shipping address?
Yes, but only before the order is shipped. Please contact us ASAP at support@hanmatek.com if you need to make a change.
